There’s a crazy idea out there that if you purchase a movie or some music that you should be able to do with it what you like. You know, like . . . listen to it, or watch it.
Increasingly companies are trying to decide how you listen to your music or watch your movies. What’s wrong with ripping a dvd to your computer so you can watch it on your mobile . . . or ripping a cd so you can listen to it on your mp3 player? Nothing.
RipItforMe is a new program that claims to be able to rip protected dvd’s that programs like dvd shrink and dvd decryptor can not handle. I haven’t tried it yet, but it is free and seems like a great tool.
