Bush ruled unconstitutional . . . sort of

In an American Civil Liberties Union case, a federal court today ruled that the Bush administration’s program to monitor the phone calls and e-mails of Americans without warrants is unconstitutional and must be stopped.

Well well, the list of blantantly unconstitutional things that the courts have rejected grows longer still.  It is truely sad that we have to waste our money both fighting against and protecting something that, at least in my mind, shouldn’t be an issue.
