Ann Coulter on Women’s Suffrage

5 10 2007

Ann Coulter had this to say to the New York Observer:

“If we took away women’s right to vote, we’d never have to worry about another Democrat president. It’s kind of a pipe dream, it’s a personal fantasy of mine, but I don’t think it’s going to happen. And it is a good way of making the point that women are voting so stupidly, at least single women.

“It also makes the point, it is kind of embarrassing, the Democratic Party ought to be hanging its head in shame, that it has so much difficulty getting men to vote for it. I mean, you do see it’s the party of women and ‘We’ll pay for health care and tuition and day care — and here, what else can we give you, soccer moms?’”

Update – I just stumbled upon this quote, on the same subject:

I think [women] should be armed but should not [be allowed to] vote.  No, they all have to give up their vote, not just, you know, the lady clapping and me. The problem with women voting — and your Communists will back me up on this — is that, you know, women have no capacity to understand how money is earned. They have a lot of ideas on how to spend it. And when they take these polls, it’s always more money on education, more money on child care, more money on day care.”
— Ann Coulter, Politically Incorrect, Feb. 26, 2001

My god.  I’m running out of ways to cleverly say that Ann Coulter is the stupidest fucking person alive.  She is though, honestly.  If she doesn’t think women should vote, she should lead the movement by not voting herself.

This women not voting thing is just the latest in a long line of stupid, offensive, and evil things to come out of that woman’s mouth.  I think mainstream media should just refuse to publish anything she writes, or cover her in any fashion.  Maybe if we ignore her she’ll go away.  (Yes, I realize me saying that we should ignore her is, in fact, not ignoring her – but let’s face it . . . I’m not CNN)

I’ve been pushing for a blogging blackout on Coulter.

She’s smart enough to know that all the controversy wil fuel her book sales.

Don’t let Ann Cuntler both you. She’s really not worth it. Does anyone really take her seriously? I think very few people.

[…] calling this feminism is weird, as Ann Coulter herself even stated that women shouldn’t have the vote… So it is sort of hard to think of her as any sort […]

Ann Cuntler is a hired hack of the wealthy to appeal to a dwindling base of ignorant repulicunts. I just laugh at her. The store I worked at no one bought her books and they were all returned.

I’ve come to agree with her. Women have impaired reasoning skills and are ruled by emotion. They are ripe for manipulation, and that’s what we see happen time and time again. Giving them the right to vote was a major mistake.

All you have to do to see CCounter’s point is to go to the blogs and read the feminist responses:
· Cut penises off
· Castrate
· Shut up
· Shut men up
· Claim that men who don’t agree with every cow pattie excreted by feminists have minuscule penises.
Feminists have transferred woman’s traditional begging from their fathers, husbands, brothers, uncles (“The Patriarchy”) to begging from Big Brother, Uncle Sam (aka Uncle Sugar) – still The Patriarchy.
Only rarely is an intellectual response made by any woman. And those are almost always illogical.

How do people take her seriously? Honestly??? I mean like she is the thing that conservatives hate.

“Jeremy,”
Either you are a feminist impersonating a man, an effeminist (male feminist) impersonating a man, your penis is minuscule or has fallen/been cut off.
The foregoing is the same kind of retort typical of feminists.
Surely a feminist can somewhere be found who can present an intellectually sound argument?

Hmmm..

Mirrors the incontrovertible wisdom of our Founding Fathers. Seems reasonable. Some indeas are tried and just don’t work out well in practice.

I’ve been browsing online more than 2 hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours. It’s pretty worth enough for me.
Personally, if all web owners and bloggers made good content
as you did, the web will be much more useful than ever before.

A Man

A litmus test to determine if women vote on emotions: 1) Tell a woman that men granted women permission to vote. 2) Record her reaction. 3) Seek immediate medical emergency assistance.

Not only did MEN (pretend caps are bold or italics) grqant women the privilege of voting, it was REPUBLICAN men who did it.The same Republican Party that freed the slaves, granted Black men the vote, fought Democrats for 100 years to make it good, passed the Anti-Slavery Amendment, passed the firswt Civil Rights Act to make good the promise of freedom, fought the Democrats to pass the second Civil Rights Act, which Democrat “former” KKKers stood against until they saw what was coming and took credit for finally giving in and letting the Act be passed. So in gratitude Blacks and women largely vote Democratic.
Why? Mostly because Democrats promise Blacks and women free goodies.
Republicans (other than RINOs) expect people to stand on theiur own feet, not be dependents like children …. and women.
Noticed that in this blog the women resort to ad hominem attacks and insults, not reasoning or sense.as per Johannes.

Women are designed to live on handouts – their fathers’ and husbands’. So when women were granted the vote, they soon voted for free goodies from Big Daddy, known to many as Uncle Sugar, that is, big government. Not only did the Republicans destroy the USA, supplanting them with the military empire “United States,” they turned loose a torrent of people who either by habit or design are dependents.
That a few women, such as Coulter and Schlafly, manage to grasp reality does not disprove the overwhelming generality of the disaster of woman suffrage.

Does anybody remember that female inspired insanity called Alcohol Prohibition?

Does anybody remember that Republican inspired fantasy “Let’s extend the vote to women and they will be so grateful they’ll vote Republican forever”?

The Democrats thought, “Yaaa! If the women get the vote they’ll be so grateful to the Republicans that they’ll vote Republican forever!!”

After the Republicans defeated the Democrats’ resistance to woman suffrage, the Democrats thought, “Umm, maybe we can get the woman vote by offering them free goodies.”

It worked.

The family is a socialistic institution. Infants, who are unable to work and produce anything of value, are supported at the expense of those family members who work and produce things of value. Women do their work that needs to be done without consideration of “fair pay for work,” much less “equal pay for equal work.”
Family members who encounter difficulty can return to the family unit/tribe and be cared for until they recover and go back outside the family home, if they can. If they cannot, they are cared for nonetheless.
This works within families due to bonds of love and feelings of affinity and duty. It works less and less well the farther from the family unit one gets. It works fairly well in a small community where all citizens are at least personally acquainted with the others. On the national scale, even in a small country, it does not work, for people who have no personal affinity have little to no scruples about taking from others they do not know and of whom they barely are aware of existing.
